Portal terms
Rules for using OmniBax, your account and the tools.
Last updated: September 25, 2026
Website operator
OmniBax is the website name. The website at omnibax.com is operated by PETRANA LLC (the “Company”), a Washington limited liability company based in Redmond, Washington, United States. The Company is the contracting party for the portal and the controller of personal data processed to operate it. References to OmniBax describe the website and its features, not a separate legal entity.
Use OmniBax support for website and account help, or the privacy request form for privacy requests and legal notices.
Scope
These terms govern use of the OmniBax website and its account and tools. The portal is US-focused and may be accessed by visitors elsewhere.
OmniBax portal
- OmniBax provides discovery content, comparisons, guides, account access and limited business and hosting tools.
- Customers must provide accurate account information, protect their sign-in credentials and use the portal only for lawful purposes.
- Attempts to bypass access controls, quotas, provider restrictions or security boundaries are prohibited.
- The portal is intended for people age 18 or older. A person using it for an organization confirms that they are authorized to act for that organization.
Tools
Tools provide estimates, transformations or third-party lookup results. Results may be incomplete, delayed or unsuitable for a particular decision and should be independently verified where accuracy matters.
Customers remain responsible for the data they enter and for having authority to perform a requested domain or DNS lookup. Local tool content is processed in browser memory; live lookup boundaries are disclosed on each tool page.
Provider services
A provider handoff leaves OmniBax and opens a separately operated service. The provider’s checkout, customer account and terms govern the purchase, taxes, billing, renewal, provisioning, cancellation, refund and product support.
OmniBax does not collect payment for hosting products and does not provide their product support. The hosting checkout identifies LiquidNet Ltd. as the payment entity. Your OmniBax account and provider accounts are separate.
Prices and availability
Hosting comparisons are displayed in USD. A monthly equivalent is provided for comparison; the displayed billing period and total determine the charge. Available payment currencies are shown at checkout. The final provider checkout controls the amount, tax, renewal treatment and availability before purchase.
Prices, offers and availability may change. Standard hosting plans have no separate higher renewal tier; renewals use the provider’s then-current plan price. Review the total and any applicable taxes before purchase. Domain and promotional renewal prices may differ.
Availability, suspension and termination
The Company may limit or suspend access needed to protect users, providers or the portal; comply with law; investigate misuse; maintain the service; or enforce these terms. When practical, the restriction will be proportionate to the issue.
A customer may stop using OmniBax and request account deletion through the privacy request form. Provider accounts and purchases must be managed with the provider that operates them.
Request account deletionDisclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, OmniBax content, tools and provider information are supplied as available without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular decision. This does not exclude warranties or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow the Company to exclude.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the portal or an independently operated provider. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
Washington law and courts
Washington law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Company and the customer agree that disputes concerning OmniBax may be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
This court provision does not remove a consumer’s right to use another court or obtain another remedy when that right cannot be waived under applicable law. These terms do not require arbitration and contain no class-action waiver.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be identified with an updated policy date before they apply. Continued use after the effective date means the revised terms apply to later use, subject to any additional notice or consent required by law.
Use the OmniBax contact form for website or account help and legal notices. Select Privacy request or legal notice for the latter. Provider billing, cancellation, refunds and product support remain with the provider.
